The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site. Anybody cought sending spam or any uce will be held solely liable. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and any legal action that might be taken against Extremewebsitetraffic.com, its affilates, or any parties involved will be immediately directed to the proper authorities and any information about the affiliate that we have will be given to the proper authorities for handling. The affiliate will then be banned from our system and all earnings will be taken back by us. We are not responsible for increased bandwidth or server shutdown. Please make sure your servers can handle increased traffic before you purchase our traffic. If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared. -- No google adsense sites -- The website must not contain racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other simular types. -- The website must not contain any frame breakers. -- The website must be english. -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses -- The website must not conatin ANY promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows. -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms. We will deliver the traffic that you purchase within 90 days or less or we will give you a prorated refund. Most smaller campaigns are completed within 24-48 hours although larger ones can be longer due to the amount of purchased traffic. If your account has unused credits after 90 days simply contact us and ask for a refund. We will be happy to give you a prorated refund for any unused traffic. You are free to signup as an affiliate. We make no guarantees that you will or will not make money with Extremewebsitetraffic.net. You are not required to buy or sell anything. This is not a get rich quick scheme, pyramid scheme, or anything of that type. There are no downlines to build or any minimums or maximums of sales required. Any account not having activity within 60 days will be deleted. Our affiliate program is completely free. We do want you to uphold our terms of service and act with good intentions. Anybody cought not withstanding by the T.o.s. or acting in any unethical or criminal way will have their account deleted immediately without notice and the affiliate will be banned from our system and loose all monies earned or not paid. You may or may not make money with us. We in no way are implying that you can or can not make money with us. Every affiliate is different and only your actions will determine if you make money with our site. Your success in using our site in the Affiliate Program, depends on a variety of factors. We have no way of knowing how well You will do, as we do not know You, Your background, Your work ethic, Your dedication, Your motivation, Your desire, or Your business skills or practices. Therefore, neither Extremewebsitetraffic.net nor any parties affiliated with Extremewebsitetraffic.net guarantees or implies that You will get rich, that You will do as well, or that You will have any earnings at all. As stats go, we will stand behide our stats counter 100 percent as we have proven it to be 100% actuarate. In the case you believe your traffic was not delieved, we will need your raw stats logs to compare to our stats. This is a common practice in the Website Traffic field. If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that we the service provider does not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to further investigate and approve or decline your request. In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold ExtremeWebsitetraffic.net or its Partner Sites responsible for these errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the Client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded. In the event that any of the above errors occur including any errors not listed but clearly intended, the client may submit in writing a request for the campaign to be placed on hold. Upon resolution of the problem the held campaign will continue. Any traffic previously sent will not be credited or refunded. We use a state of the art tracking system to track your ad campaign. Each order is given a unique campaign id which is used to track visitors to your site by day/time. When we provide an ad view, Extremewebsitetraffic.net sends the visitors to this campaign id. The client understands that if the visitor viewing the the ad closes it before it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics, animation or lack of interest on the visitors part etc.), it will count as an ad view on our system, we have sent your site to the visitor and have therefore fulfilled our obligation. It is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your website statistics. Extremewebsitetraffic.net cannot control the acts of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions. When you purchase a campaign you understand and agree that the statistics system utilized by Extremewebsitetraffic.net will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. Extremewebsitetraffic.net will not be held responsible for traffic not received on your campaign page but sent from our ad server during down time on any components on the Internet or on a clients site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded. This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed. |
